Very bad reaction to Phloretin CF September 2022 . Swollen, red, itchy blistered skin. Test patch essential.

I am a devoted fan of CE Ferulic but on advise of me esthetician I am trying this. It feels like it is doing its job. Has a distinctively different scent than CE Ferulic - neither is the best smelling part of my regimen! I may add it long term, or just intermittently.

My dermatologist recommended this product because she says it works great. This is my first bottle and I’ve used it a couple of times only, but it is causing me a bad skin reaction. My entire face is itchy, red and hot. It feels like it is on fire. On top of that, my eyes are swollen and I was having a little breathing difficulty. I wish I could post a picture for you to see how bad my face looks. Please try it a couple of times before you but it. It is the worst product I’ve tried.

This is an excellent product. It’s really helped calm my dermatitis and my skin feels amazing. I’m seeing lots of reviews about this smelling like burnt popcorn. Yes, this is true. But so what! The smell goes away and my skin looks and feels amazing! Don’t like the smell get in your way. These are medical grade products. They don’t have a bunch of added fragrances. I’ve also seen lots of reviews trashing this site. This site sells authentic skinceuticals products. I know this for a fact because skinceuticals confirmed it their self. Always do your own research. I highly recommend and recommend this store. They sent me two free sample along with my purchase. I’m very pleased.

Headline - I love this product. My skin is smooth and clear and small bumps that used to form on my forehead are gone. My pores seem way less prone to clogging, too. The only thing that changed in my routine was adding this gem. To explain my review title, it was user error on my part, I needed another bottle of CE 15% & Ferulic and breezed through the site and dropped it in my cart, or so I thought, purchased and moved on. I was seeing skin brightening from the CE, but still had some clogging of pores and some small, bumpy texture on my forehead. Totally livable, no breakouts. When my package arrived I still didn’t notice this was not CE until I used it. The scent is different from CE, sweeter, that’s what clued me in. I looked at the bottle realized the name difference, double checked my order, yep, my mistake. And what a great mistake, I’m about to purchase my second bottle and wanted to share.

I have used this product for some time now beginning before menopause, through and after. I developed dark spots during menopause and this product helped a lot with those along with a good dermatologist and laser treatment. It is the one product I absolutely use every day no matter. My daughter calls them my "unicorn tears".

Was turned onto this product by a dermatologist that swears by it. Wanted to love it, but started to notice that my skin was getting itchy and swollen every time I used it. Kept taking a break and then trying it again. Have finally determined that my skin just can't tolerate it. As we speak, my eyes are almost swollen shut from this product (and I didn't even put it around my eyes - it just swells my entire face!!) Did some research and it seems that this has happened to others. I do have a friend who uses it and loves it, so I guess the message is to get a sample and try it before you invest in a full bottle. It's expensive and can be damaging to some people's skin!

I have used this product before and like it very much. However, in this latest shipment, the product arrived oxidized....this tells me that it was old. When I called customer service, they were uncaring and not helpful.
